About Find and Replace
Find and Replace is used to find all instances of a word or phrase in a text block and replace them with something else, with optional regex and case-sensitive matching. It scans the input text for all matches of the search term and substitutes the replacement string, supporting plain text and regular expression patterns. Use regex mode for powerful pattern-based replacements — for example \b(colour|colour)\b can normalize British/American spelling variations across a document.
